The service

SousAI lets you save, organize, and search recipes extracted from cooking videos and links. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

• Paid features are available through Apple In-App Purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime option.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create or save in SousAI, such as notes, edits, and collections. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or promotions.

Intellectual property

Recipes extracted from third-party videos remain subject to any rights held by their original creators. SousAI does not claim ownership of third-party content. The SousAI name, logo, and app design are our property.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted recipes or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SousAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
